Orders
You will receive an email with the confirmed delivery date and timeslot based on earliest availability. Please reply to the email before the mentioned deadline if you would like to reschedule.
We strive to deliver your order within 14 working days (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).
We apologize for the inconvenience caused. We try our best to keep such cases to a minimum, and to ensure product availability in our online store meets your needs. In instances where your desired item is unavailable, we will notify you as soon as we can. We will then recommend an alternative, or issue a refund for the unavailable product.
Amendments to an order have been suspended to speed up fulfillment.

For orders above $100, we offer free delivery. For orders below $100, a delivery fee of $10 will apply.

Returns and Exchanges
Thank you for shopping with us! The Return and Exchange Policy described below applies only to online purchases made through our website.
- We will exchange item(s) due to manufacturers' defect only.
- The item(s) must be returned within 7 days of purchase in its original packaging and unused condition.
- We will require you to provide the order ID as proof of purchase.
- All sales of gift cards, e-gift certificates, non-exchangeable goods and any items marked as "Sale", "Clearance" or "Donation" are final. These items cannot be returned or refunded.
- Non-exchangeable goods include (but not limited to) pet muzzles, e-collars, apparel, undergarments, footwear, clippers, strollers, beds, cushions, gates, playpens and cages.
